Client Testimonials

Nellie Wright on the phoneIt always cheers our day when clients or their families take the trouble to drop us a line about the home care services we are able to provide, particularly as we know they may have a lot going on. We've made a small selection below to share with you - please read on.

In the words of our customers

"The four main carers – Lorraine, Michelle, Louise and Sarah have always shown genuine care and affection towards her and always treated her with respect. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team for their care and understanding. You have all been a great help during this difficult time."
Mr P, Broadstairs

"It was a great peace of mind for one to know she was being helped and checked on regularly, but more important that she had some company."
Mrs D, Ramsgate

“Most carers we have do an excellent job, Lynne & Megan do an exceptional job”
Mrs G, Broadstairs

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff who took care of Peter enabling me to have a few days break, together with a special thanks to Lesley for co-ordinating things so well.”
Mrs P, Kent

“It was a pleasure to find my Dad in such good shape during our stay. Thank you and the team for continuing to provide the support in order that he can stay in his own home.”
Mrs P, Wiltshire

“I am writing on behalf of mum as she wanted you to know how helpful and caring Stella is. They have formed a nice friendship and I think mum mothers Stella a little bit! Stella is very thoughtful with her and nothing is too much trouble .”
Mrs E, Kent

“I I would like to express my thanks for the excellent care Derek has received of late. The care has been carried out showing understanding, compassion and allowing his dignity and comfort.”
Mrs B, Westwood

“Dad always so enjoyed his morning and evening visits from you all. On my visits down to him he so often related news about you all. He became very fond of you all. Thank you for the excellent care you have given to Dad over the years – it has been very much appreciated.”
Mrs B, Sevenoaks

“A huge thank you for all the care and love you gave to Mum. I don’t know what we would have done without you. When you first arrived, I had very little idea of what your job entails. Now I know it spans physical, clinical and emotional care and sadly, crisis management. Please carry on the good work. When my Mum smiled at you, it wasn’t a mere nicety. Of course, I know my Mum after all these years. She had lost her power of speech and the smile was just to say thank you for making me comfortable.”
Mrs C, Birchington

“I have been completely satisfied with the service your company have provided for me and I must say it takes a lot to make a 91 year old dodger happy these days. Your ladies, young and a bit older, bring a ray of sunshine into my house when they call.”
Mr N, Broadstairs

“The decision has been made for Mum to go into a care home as she is now far too unsteady to live alone any more. It’s a pity she couldn’t celebrate her 103rd birthday in her own home! May I take this opportunity of thanking you all for the years of excellent service that Mum has been given and our conversations over the years. I would highly recommend your services to others in the area. Would you please convey our thanks to all the staff for their support over the years. Mum will certainly miss her regulars.”
Mr B, Wales

“James is excellent – Mum really enjoys his regular visits.”
Mr P, Kent

“A cheerful “Hello N” from your carers when I open the front door puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day.”
Mrs N, Kent

“Staff are caring and give comfort when low, in pain, in time of sadness of losing a loved one.”
Mrs A, Kent

“All carers I have had are pleasant and efficient. They are reliable (a quality I most need). I am informed if regular carer is going to be late.”
Mr C, Kent

“My husband receives the highest care from his carers. They give him their fullest support. The service I get from Beechtree enables me to continue caring for him in his own home.”
Mrs D, Kent

“Very many thanks indeed to everyone who has helped so much, when it is a very difficult (absolutely impossible!) situation indeed.  Please send Lynne my especial thanks for all her efforts for him over a long period.”
Mrs C, Kent

I felt compelled to write to you regarding the outstanding care that my Godmother is receiving from her primary carer, Denis,e who has shown a great deal of care, over and above what I considered was usual. I am certain that this has assisted in O’s recovery.
Mrs D, Broadstairs

“Thank you to the Beechtree organisation for the superb service provided in ensuring that Mum was safe and cared for every day after Father had passed on. Thank you for all the caring for by visiting and ringing her as you all have done. It’s a simple thing perhaps but a real act of friendship.”
Mrs T, Kent

“Just to thank you for the care Mother received from you. I would like to say that Denise was especially good in her care, always knowing what to do in difficult situations.”
Mrs M, Broadstairs

All of the staff were kind and patient with my mother, who was in a lot of pain. Above all I would like to mention Krystal who was outstanding in her care and concern for Mum. She showed a maturity beyond her years, was kindness herself to Mum and helped in very many ways to make this difficult time a bit more bearable for us all.”
Mrs S, Broadstairs

“I cannot commend your company highly enough. My aunt is resident in a care home in Birchington who are unable to take her to visit a hospital or an optician etc. I needed to find a reliable agency to help. I contacted Nellie, who, along with her colleagues, has proven to be reliable and helpful on all occasions. Not only did she arrange to collect my aunt but also arranged a taxi or other suitable transport. Two carers in particular, James and Paris have, in our opinion, gone that step further and have shown kindness and understanding towards my aunt. It gives us peace of mind to know that my aunt is looked after properly by such a caring agency.”
Mrs K, France
